Effect of childcare teachers' anger-inducing causes on anger 

expression style

The purpose of this study is to provide practical measures and empirical data to solve the psychological difficulties that may occur in daycare teachers' daycare life by examining the relationship between the cause of anger and the way of expressing anger. The subject of this study was a survey conducted by visiting childcare teachers in various types of daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed, and 494 copies excluding outliers and missing values ​​were used as final statistical analysis data. The data analysis method was analyzed using SPSSWIN 24.0 and AMOS 12.0 programs. As a result of the study, exposure to violence, time delay, interpersonal relationships, and work load as the cause of anger in childcare teachers had a significant positive (+) effect on anger expression. appeared to be In future research, it is expected that measures to reduce the expression of anger in childcare teachers will be developed and used as basic data to raise the social awareness of childcare teachers.
